After a chaotic weekend at TNA Rebellion, this week on TNA Impact! features the fallout of that pay-per-view and we continue some grudges that were left over from last week.
We start off the night, with a replay from Rebellion and the mayhem that occurred during the Knockouts title match. Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace is backstage and says that she’s happy she had backup prepared. She goes on to reveal that her championship will be on the line next week against TJPW’s Miyu Yamashita. Yamashita then appears telling Grace that she’ll take her title.
Next, we see Steph De Lander fuming at the fact that she lost against Grace, despite all her backup. Along with Kon, she challenges Grace and PCO to a tag team match at Under Siege.
Next in Knockouts action, we see a rematch between Xia Brookside and Ash By Elegance. George Iceman welcomes in none other than Ash By Elegance and announces that this her fifth match in TNA. Brookside makes her entrance looking to get a one up on Ash after the last time they’ve faced.
The two are heated starting off the match and begin trading blows. Brookside starts off strong, that is until the two end up meeting on the entrance ramp with Ash hitting a handspring elbow in true fashion. Unfortunately, Ash is not able to put down Brookside and is able to fire up for a comeback.
Ash attempts to get herself a piece of ”jewelry” to take Brookside out for good but is caught by the referee. Brookside manages to roll up Ash for the win, marking Ash’s first loss for the company.
To cap off the show it is announced the Knockouts World Tag Team Champions, Spitfire, will face against the newly formed duo of Masha Slamovich and Alisha Edwards at Under Siege.
