Zoey Stark had a powerful debut on last week’s NXT. She dominated against Valentina Feroz and came out with an impressive win. Prior to this debut, she was part of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Tournament where she partnered with Marina Shafir. This aired on 205 Live and the team lost in the first round to Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon.
On tonight’s NXT, Stark will have a huge opportunity as she faces the NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai in a non-title match. In the WWE Exclusive below Stark is seen speaking with General Manager William Regal who lets her know about the match.
Also on tonight’s show, Xia Li takes the next step in her storyline. Last week after Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter defeated the Robert Stone Brand, Li emerged and marked Catanzaro. She then let her know that she will be “purged” next week which has led to their match tonight.
